Program name and description

ASG Security Quote & Service Updates. When you submit a quote request on our website and provide consent, ASG Security sends text messages related to your request: quote confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, and post-service review requests.

How you consent (opt-in)

You opt in to this messaging program by checking the consent box — which is unchecked by default — when you submit a quote request on ASG Security's website, authorizing ASG Security to contact you by text message and phone call at the number you provide, including automated and prerecorded messages, about your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. This consent is given directly to ASG Security and is specific to this program; it is not bundled into, or obscured by, any other agreement.

Your information is not shared for marketing

ASG Security does not share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile opt-in information, phone number, or SMS consent to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third parties. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate this program (for example, our messaging and hosting providers) and only as needed to deliver the messages you requested. Message frequency varies based on your request and service activity.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, submit a new request with consent or text START.
